REPORT ON CONTRACTS’ MONITORING UNDER THE AGRICULTURE SECTOR FROM SELECTED DISTRICTS

This report presents an analysis of contracts’ monitoring of the agriculture sector for the FY 2018/19 under the ‘Enhancing performance and accountability of social service contracts in Uganda, Project’ which is aimed at increasing government disclosure of contracting information in 4 targeted districts of Mubende, Ntungamo, Nebbi and Nakaseke. The process was not able to cover Mityana district and Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries in Agriculture since contracts’ in those agencies was not accessible.
